"Worst returns experience ever"
Worst returns experience ever! Had to pay for the return by first emailing the company and than had to even provide tracking code and all - so basically did all the job for them. Unfortunately the helmet was too small even after measuring the size....

"Lovely bike helmet"
Lovely bike helmet and good delivery service. I ordered the olive green one and its a lovely colour. I haven't tried it out yet. Lots of extra padded pieces enclosed so that you can fit and adjust to the size of your head. Fingers crossed all is fine when I wear it.

Lovely looking bike (Gingersnap) but if you’re buying only expect the inner tyre tubes to last 4 months, even with only ever being ridden inside the house by a just turned-2-year old for 1 month…

Tried to send a photo with evidence it hadn’t even been outside to ask for a replacement as the tyre had gone flat from it being assembled in December, & explaining it had only actually been sat-on in the house since the start of April as my son can’t ‘go’ it yet so he’s only literally sat on it and we push him inside the house on laminate flooring...

Was told because of the ‘age of the order’ they ‘would be unable to replace the inner tube’.

Bike delivery was extremely quick after purchase. Bike is sturdy and easy to put together, my daughter will be made up withit. Will be getting the 18" one in 2/3 years when she's outgrown this one.
